Product: HP Envy 4520
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Everytime I try to use photo paper I get a paper jam.  Prints fine with regular paper.  I have tried all the suggestions as far as cleaning & unplugging.  So far, no luck.

To assist better-

 

  1. What are the paper size and type you are using?
  2. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

Please refer to the specifications of the printer to know the supported paper type and size.
