Hi all. I am trying to print a few photos from my compiuter onto HP photo paper. It's always worked in the past. But this time I only get the top third of my photo printed on the paper. I've checked the settings on both my Mac and my printer and they are set up correctly with the right paper. What else am I missing? I have an Office Jet 4650 All in One.

Thanks! I believe it's an issue with the printer driver installed on your Mac. Removing the existing driver and adding a compatible printer driver may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.

3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button  at the bottom of the list.

4.) Click the plus sign , click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.

5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.

6.) Try to print.

Let me know  how it goes!

Thank you for being a part of HP Forums. I'd like to help.

I understand that your printer will only print the top third of a photo. Not to worry, I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

How is the printer connected, USB or wireless?

Does the print preview display the whole picture?

Could you also print print quality test report and share the results. In order to print a print quality report:

1.) On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

2.) Touch Tools.

3.) Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

Let me know!

The printer is connected by wireless.  And print preview shows the whole picture. The print quality diagnostic shows no problems.
