Photo paper twisting at the end when printing on 5020

When I have starter printing a photo it twists st the end a photo is ruined anyone had this issue

I would guess that the answer is, "Yes, someone else has had this issue." 

Almost anything that can happen to printed content has happened to someone else.

What to do?

What to consider?

Common causes include and are not limited to:

• Paper that is curled, too dry - or too damp
• Paper that is of the wrong type (laser photo paper, for example, is not intended for Inkjet printers)
• Incorrect Media type (kind of paper) selected in the print driver (Preferences). 

 Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

• Paper that is too heavy for the printer.

• Printer is dirty (rollers, pickup area)
