Photo paper will not load properly

Plain paper loads fine, but matte photo paper only loads partially and then gets stuck, I get a few lines on the page but that's it. Officejet 4635. Thank you!

I'd like to help.

To better assist you -

1) What is the paper size and weight of the paper your using?

2)What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

Refer to the printer specifications to know the supported paper size and type

I am using 8.5x11 paper, matte finish, 61lb, 11mil.  I am trying to print from my photos stored in "Photos" on my MacBook. Haven't tried printing from another device, don't have one.
