HP OfficeJet Pro 9010
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Our brand new OfficeJet pro arrived on Tuesday. Document printing and copying appear to be working well but photo printing so far has been a disaster. If I try to print from my laptop (a brand new MacBook Air 2021) only half of the photo prints on 6" by 4" paper - and it is the 'wrong' half of the photo for where it appears on the paper. The quality of printing on this half appears to be satisfactory. When I try to print on 8" by 10" paper the whole picture is printed but there are vertical lines at regular intervals along the print. I have tried printing from both Photoshop and from Preview and have ensured that all the settings are correct. I have only put one sheet of perfect quality photo paper in the printer at a time. Interestingly, when I tried to print the same photo through the HP Smart app on my phone, it printed perfectly. However, as I am a keen photographer taking photos on a DSLR which are then downloaded and processed on my MacBook, I do not want to have to transfer them all to my phone if I want to print them. For Printing.jpgHalf photo.JPG

I have attached photos of both the well printed photo via the Smart app and the half photo printed from my MacBook. I would be most grateful for any help.
