Photosmart 5520 printing blank

My 5520 started printing blank - I checked and the ink is full.

I googled and saw a video on how to clean take out the cartridges and clean two areas and then to clean heads using the tools on the printer itself... and it worked for a day, then blank again.

Is it possible my cartridge is damaged?

Any other ideas?

I did all of that after I cleaned it, and it worked for a day, and then back to blank.

Well, I did all of that except get it serviced.
