I am trying to re setup a Photosmart 7520 that I have owned since 2013. The printer wants setup cartridges which I nolonger have. I have tried to bypass this by going into the engineering menu - service menu - system config - trade at OOBE- trade supplies enabled - OK - and then press the red X to back out but I am still getting the message that I need to use setup cartridges. I must say I have had nothing but trouble everytime I switched this printer on with error messages that one or more cartridges appear to be damaged or missing and this is with HP cartridges. I have spent more time cleaning or swapping out cartridges just to print a single sheet invoice. I am giving this printer one last chance and if I cant get things moving again I have decided that I will replace it with a Canon Pixma TS9550a.
