Photosmart 7525 printer failure after Virtual Agent's help

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

No printing in black ink: replaced cartridge, still no black ink printing - other colors OK. Went to HP Virtual Agent: was instructed to remove and clean printhead. Followed instructions, now no printing at all: "Printer Failure" "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Restart printer or contact HP"  Well as you probably know, there is no way to contact HP!  Their "Virtual Agent" trashed my printer. Any suggestions? How can I contact HP to file a complaint?
