Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

HP Envy Photo 7155... Windows 10  

Copy of pictures from internet that are of poor quality

Pictures that are printed are of poor quality...with colors in stripes. that vary from pale to dark .

It seems as if the paper is slowly being printed or stuck in place.

Thanks for any in put
