I keep getting this error-Please turn printer off, then on. I have 3rd party ink cartridges and they are all low in ink. I can't update the printer from the printer screen- it keeps saying I have no internet connection even when I plug it directly into the modem. I've cleaned the heads 3 times, unplugged the printer twice, and hit it once.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your HP device, I am glad to assist you today.
NOTE: we do not recommend using third party ink, that might damage the printer hardware.
