I have a HP Deskjet 4200e all-in-one printer. Never had a problem with it until recently (fairly new printer), It started by printing alignment pages over and over, even though I followed procedure. then I tried to print from computer and phone it said out of toner (although a new cartridge and it prints the alignment page just fine), I took the toner cartridge out, cleaned with rag and distilled water, reseated it back, I ran the troubleshoot, now it says port configured wrong (but has been correct until now). So now I have all 3 problems together! 

I have deleted the printer off my computer and reinstalled, I as well unplugged and walked away for a good hour, nothing is working! 

Does anyone have an idea to fix this?
