Help! I got a post it note stuck in my printer ( Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw). It seems to scrunched up just before the paper output. My print jobs are still going through but the paper is wrinkler in the section where the note is stuck. I would serioulsy appreciate any advice as I have a big print job to do later this week. I cannot see the note and fear that some disassembly of the printer is required.

If you cannot remove the piece as is, the best option to prevent further damage is to remove the  fuser unit and then retrieve the post it note. If you check you tube there are videos that show the process of removing the fuser unit.
