Product: HP Ink Tank Wireless 419

Unable to Print (HP Ink Tank Wireless 419), in the initial boot up, the cartridge moves very fast for 2 consecutive times banging on either side of the printer. Shows Error No 3.  the lights are blinking yellow.  Tried trouble shooting as per the instructions online, still the same.  I am unable to find the nearest HP service center. Please help
