Hi @Joy05252,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer shows “Print Error” when trying to print your resume, here are the most common causes and fixes:

 Quick Fix Steps

1. Restart Printer and Device

  • Turn off your printer and computer.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on.

2. Check Printer Status

  • Make sure the printer is online in Windows:
    • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
    • Select your printer → Manage → Ensure it’s not set to “Use Printer Offline.”

3. Clear Print Queue

  • Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer → See what’s printing → Cancel all jobs.

4. Update Printer Driver

5. Use HP App

6. Check Connection

  • If using Wi-Fi, ensure the printer and PC are on the same network.
  • If possible, try a USB connection for quick printing.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
