Print Failure

Code: 0xc19a0042

"There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off, then on. If you continue to get this message, contact HP."

 

I have done what is says 3 times, no work.

I have unplugged,  waited 60 sec, then plug back in, no work.

I have open up the ink cartridges and replaced them, no work.

 

It seems as if I can't get pass the above message for anything. Can someone help please.
