macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello, printing the PDF available at this link will result in various black areas, but only in color mode (see picture).

Printing in black and white has no issues. I printed from iPadOS 14, iOS 14, macOS 10.15.

Converting to TIFF the PDF and then printing the TIFF has no troubles.

Printing original PDF to PDF via macOS Preview, then printing the such obtained PDF, will have black areas.

Printer has last firmware available, just checked. Anyone can tell me what's wrong? Thanks in advance.

@fmaione

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting black patches when you print a PDF file.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Does this happen on all the PDF files or just this one?

Meanwhile, I recommend you remove the printer from your computer and then download the driver from the below link and add it again and test.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Sorry for late reply, the issue remains. It's like the macOS native drivers don't work correctly: for other reasons I reinstalled the whole Catalina system

Did you download and install the driver from the link that I shared?
