Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hallo everybody,

I have a Deskjet 2620 and it doesn't print the whole page because margins are too narrow (lenght). 1 cm at the bottom is missing.

I went in settings and manage the printing area but i could not save and apply it.

Maximum printing area is 21cm (width) and 35,5 cm (length).

Thank you for helping me.

@Sterne123, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

Try making a standalone copy and check if that prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

On this model printer, there is a  Minimum print margin, bottom (A4)of 12.7 mm. For more info, refer to the printing specifications section of the product specifications page.

To create a custom paper size, refer to - Creating Custom Paper Sizes

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
