HP Office jet 7612
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an error message: "The print cartridge cannot move. Open the ink cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and touch OK"

I have cleared obstructions and checked all rollers and doors, inspected with a torch, moved cartridges in both directions, turned off, unplugged, left it overnight, turned on and repeated same several times. I've been as thorough as a surgeon but, alas I am still getting same error message.

The printer has printed only around 50 pages.

Can anyone help please?

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.
