I am unable to print wirelessly from my laptop whereas I could before I moved. I have done the unplugging from behind the printer, the firmware all ware are up to date and for some reason the question mark on the home screen stays lit. i've come to accept after the virtual agent is hell on earth and that warranty expiration condemns you to the lower depths of HP hell. I only have the simple question of trying to get my laptop to print from across the room. I have done the circles with the remedial AI of the virtual that can't seem to narrow the resolutions to my issues. Did I mention the social distancing in the contact support? Scary to think that they've been doing this pre-corona.

Even with my printer USB connected to my laptop, there is still an error message. Where is the solution short of buying another printer where this is one is not even a 13 months out of the box?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi:

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ). 2. Touch ( Settings ). 3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup. 4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.

Let me know if this helps.
