Hi @SMG8,

I understand your HP Color LaserJet 150nw is showing a “Print Failure” message. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.
Power Reset the Printer
Turn off the printer and unplug the power cable from both the printer and the wall outlet.
Wait for 60 seconds, then reconnect the power cable directly to a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors) and turn it back on.
Check the Printer’s Control Panel for Error Details
Look for any error codes or blinking lights on the printer’s display.
If shown, note the exact code or message — it often indicates toner, paper feed, or fuser issues.
Verify Printer Status on HP Smart App or Embedded Web Server
Open the HP Smart App or type the printer’s IP address into your browser to access its Embedded Web Server (EWS).
Check for any warnings under “Status” or “Supplies.”
Inspect Toner Cartridges and Paper Tray
Remove all toner cartridges and gently shake each to redistribute toner.
Reseat them firmly, close the access door, and make sure the paper tray is correctly inserted and not overfilled.
Update Printer Firmware
From the HP Smart App or HP Support website, download and install the latest firmware update for your LaserJet 150nw.
Firmware fixes often resolve “Print Failure” messages after updates or configuration changes.
Run a Test Print
After reboot and updates, print a Configuration Report directly from the printer’s control panel.
If it prints successfully, retry printing from your PC.
I hope this helps.
