Print is Blurry

HP Officejet 3830

Hi

I am getting very blurry black print. It looks like it is double printing

If i do a test print or the print for alignment everything is clear. If i print a document from word it is clear. When i print from the web it is blurry. The weird part is that the black is blurry but the color is not.

@Nik1304, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Which browser are you using to print from?

Try a different web browser like Google Chrome or Firefox and check if the issue persists.

This seems like an application-specific issue.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
