I prepare documents in A4 mode, portrait, using Times New Roman 18 point. I like to print them out in booklet form which reduces font size to 12 point in the finished product. However, when I print them, the left-hand page is central, but the right-hand page is close to left margin:

Can anyone help remedy this? Thanks.

By trial and error I have found that the only way to get the text 'centralised' on all pages is to tick 'Page Borders'. Obviously it prints a border round each page, but at least I get the desired result. Not satisfactory, but the best I can do. Thanks to all.

SUCCESS!!!!!

Thanks to Gaya1239's suggestion I have had a phone conversation with HP help desk. It appears that Microsoft Word was having trouble communicating with the printer. The solution? Save the document as a PDF and then get Adobe to send it to the printer.

My grateful thanks to all concerned.
