Product: Laser Jet Pro MFP M148fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Print jobs stuck are stuck in the cue for no apparent reason.  Most don't print at all, but the latest one started to print, then stalled.  I'm not sure how to trouble shoot this.  Thanks.

HP Recommended

Try this:

Starting at the desktop screen

1. Click on the Windows icon.

2. Click on the settings icon

3. Click on Devices

4. Select (click on) your printer

5. Click on Manage

6. Click on Run the Troubleshooter

This should both identify the problem and correct it automatically. After this the printer should operate normally.
