Hi @Khai88,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing color printing issues with your HP Color Laser 150a printer, specifically with red colors printing as orange. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to potentially resolve this issue:

Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer settings in your printing software are correctly set for color printing. Sometimes, settings can be changed accidentally, leading to unexpected color output.

Calibrate the Printer: Many color laser printers have a calibration function that can be run to improve the accuracy of color output. Check your printer's manual or the HP website for instructions on how to calibrate your specific model.

Check Toner Levels: Low toner levels, especially for the magenta toner cartridge, can cause colors to print incorrectly. Check the levels of all your toner cartridges, and replace any that are low or empty.

Clean the Printer: Dust or debris inside the printer can affect print quality. Use your printer’s cleaning function if it has one, or manually clean the printer according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Be sure to check for instructions on cleaning the laser scanner window, as dirt on the scanner can affect color quality.

Check for Firmware Updates: Sometimes, manufacturers release firmware updates that can improve the performance of their printers, including color output. Visit the HP website, find your printer model, and check if there are any available firmware updates.

Use Genuine HP Toner Cartridges: Non-genuine or refilled cartridges can sometimes cause issues with color accuracy. If you're not already, consider using genuine HP cartridges to see if this resolves the issue.

Print Quality Diagnostic Page: Many HP printers can print a diagnostic page that can help identify problems. This can give you clues as to what might be wrong, based on which colors are not printing correctly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
