Print problem with OfficeJet Pro 7740

Product: OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide-Format All-in-one

I Have an OfficeJet Pro 7740. Today, it decided to quit printing. I thought maybe it was a driver issue, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, but that didn't fix the problem. it acts like it starts to print, but then the little circle on the screen just goes in circles for hours. I've tried everything I know to do. Any ideas? i use this printer every day, so I'm stuck!

@Help_Pleeze, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What is the Operating System installed on the computer?
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
  • Is there any antivirus/security software installed on the computer?
  • Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?

I did get issue resolved. printer was out of ink, but did not tell me, so I wasted 1 1/2 days, but when I changed the ink, it fixed the problem. GRRRR!
