Product: HP Office Jet 3833
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

 

My Office Jet 3833 is not printing to a satisfactory quality. Please see attachment. PQ sheet  I have tried cleaning the cartridges a couple of times but with no change. The printer has an instant ink cartridges and is almost two years' old (and out of guarantee). Both cartridges are showing good levels of ink. 

I would be grateful for any suggestions. Obviously I need to evaluate whether it is worth repairing if a simple fix is not available.

HP Recommended

The ink has dried in the black printhead, just replace it.

Inkjets need to be used at least every 5 days.
