Product: Deskjet 2540

Hi, i need to print the printer code in order to connect the printer with my hp account, but i can't. On the hp app i don't have "advanced options" to go to web option and print the code. I don't have the info button on my printer. I don't have "web info" on internet if i digit the ip of the printer on browser...

Help me please

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One Printer does not support Web-Services as it is not a cloud based printer.

the problem is that when i digit the ip address on my browser, i cant't find any "Web service" (i live in Italy... i don't know if this is the problem but i don't think so).
