Printable Sticker Paper from Cricut

HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro 6970

Hello,

So I have HP Officejet Pro 6970 printer and I'm trying to print a picture on Cricut Explore sticker paper. It's 8.5 inches by 11 inches and no matter what I do it will not print the picture onto the sticker paper. I just keeps coming out with black streaky lines. I have windows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Aizawa.

@Aizawa

Welcome to the HP support community.

Did you make a copy and check if that copies fine?

Meanwhile:-

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page on a normal A4 sheet and check

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.

  2. From the printer control panel, open the Setup  menu.

  3. Open the Reports or Tools menu.

  4. Touch Print Quality Report.

If that does not print fine, try the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

If that printers fine on A4 sheet, update the printer firmware and check if that works:

Here are the steps:- Click here

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
