Hi

my printer keeps printing pages that were not requested at different times of the day. The pages have number or hearts across the top of the page the rest of page us blank. Some morning I come down to up-to 12 pages . All these pages are coming off my  monthly allowance.

Hi,

Such is likely related with any connectivity problem causing a such, not by the printer itself.

 

What is your HP printer model?

 

How is the printer connected? with a USB cable, Ethernet or a wireless network connection?

The model is 5030 envy 5000 All-in-one printer.

It is connected to wireless.
