PLEASE HELP! Brand new printer and the first page I print out the text is slanting up (attached photo). I've printed the allignment page again and that appears fine?IMG_1417.JPG

Does it happen when you copy a document?

How is the printer connected USB or Wireless?

Could you also print a print quality test report and let me know if the printed page has texts slanting up. In order to print the report:

1.) On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .

2.) Touch Tools.

3.) Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
