HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2135 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I used HP printer 2135 since 2016. Before this it works perfectly. But recently it cannot be print. It just can print half of the documents and suddenly it stucks and all the buttons start to blink. How to solve this problem?

Thank you.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Clear jammed paper from the input tray

  1. Press the Cancel button () to try to automatically clear the paper jam.

If the paper jam error persists, continue these steps to manually clear the jam.

  2. Gently remove any jammed paper and bits of torn paper from the input tray. To avoid tearing any whole sheets of paper, pull the paper with both hands.

  3. On the printer in front of the input tray, lift and hold the input tray shield, and then use a flashlight to thoroughly check for torn pieces of paper or foreign objects in the input tray.

If any torn pieces of paper or foreign objects remain inside the printer, more jams are likely to occur.

    NOTE:

The input tray shield prevents foreign debris from falling into the paper path and causing paper jams. Do not remove the input tray shield.

  4. Press the Resume button () on the printer control panel to continue the current print job.

Manually clean the paper feed rollers

  1. Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cord and any other cables.

  2. Raise the input tray.

  3. Lift and hold the input tray shield.

    NOTE:

Do not remove the input tray shield. The input tray shield prevents foreign debris from falling into the paper path and causing paper jams.

  4. Look down through the open input tray and find the gray paper pick rollers. You might need a flashlight to illuminate the area.

  5. Lightly dampen the cotton swab with water, and then squeeze any excess liquid from the swab.

  6. Press the swab against the rollers, and then rotate them upward with your fingers. Apply a moderate amount of pressure to remove dust or dirt buildup.

  7. Lower the input tray shield.

  8. Allow the rollers to dry completely (approximately 10 minutes).

  9. Reconnect the power cord and any other cables, and then turn on the printer.
