Hi! So I just recently replaced my color ink cartridge. Everything worked fine until it asked me to do the printer alignment test. The printed paper comes out fine, but when asked to scan the document to test the alignment, that’s when it says there’s an error and can’t complete the alignment test. Is there something I’m doing wrong when attempting to scan the paper?
