HP Recommended

Printer Envy Photo 7155 1700 Series will not align. Every time we try to align, it comes up with "Alignment Unsuccessful". The ink cartridges are full and there is plain white paper loaded into the printer. I dowloaded the HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.0.18, and it is not printing the test page. None of the colors are coming up at all and there are no boxes, the page is almost blank (faded).
