I have an HP Office Jet Pro 9025 receiving a blue screen 01B3B8E6 error. I have tried to unplug the printer for 60 over seconds and plug it back it with no effect. I have removed the ink cartridges and unplugged the printer for over 60 seconds and plugged it back in, again no effect. Is there a hard reset that I can perform? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Opal33062,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message 01B3B8E6 on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
