  • Hello. I use Hp deskjet 6475. I got this as a gift from Middle East but I'm currently located in Asia(Bangladesh). And there is no official hp support center.  For 1-1.5 years I was using the hp cartridge those I get with the printer. Now in my country I couldn't find same cartridge. But yesterday I went to a local market they just refilled my cartridge with some tools. After installing the same cartridge my printer was showing counterfeit cartridge. And it's showing E0 error again and again. Now in this situation it is impossible to get those same official cartridge for me. Now what should I do now. Can Hp unlock their cartridge lock somehow? Else the printer will be useless for me.

Please,

To complete this procedure, you must contact HP in the printer's country of origin and request regionalization for your new location.

Once completed, you will be able to print.

I am fine. Thanks for your reply. My printer's serial number starts with TH. Can you assist me which country it is and help me find their contact information?
