HP 9025

Hello,  My HP Office Jet Pro 9025 printer keeps throwing an ERROR Code of B305ED09 and it completely shuts my Printer down while this Error Code Flashes on the Screen.  The ONLY way to fix it, has been to UNPLUG my Printer from the Back/Wall and wait for a minute and then plug it back in.  I have UPDATED The Firmware via my HP Smart App and that has done nothing except to Increase this Error Message.  So if I have done everything suggested by HP on this Error Message, what can I do to keep it from occurring again?  Very frustrating to have to unplug and re-plug every time I need to print. Please help!!!

Hi @SherriRO,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
