Printer Failure Error. - There is a problem with the printer or ink System.  Turn Printer off then on.  If problem persists contact HP.

Probelm perists!!!!!!

DEAR HP - I will be purchasing a new printer this weekend. It won't be an HP due to poor customer service.

Replace ink with genuine HP ink and printer is telling me that it is not HP. HP would be pushing second hand ink replacement would they in order to push sales up on new printers?
