Hi @Superalexey,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are having issues with the error code.

The error code OXC8190022 with the message "HW_MCASIC_HEAL" on your HP OfficeJet 202 printer indicates a hardware issue related to the printer's internal components. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve this issue:

1. Perform a Hard Reset

Turn Off the Printer:

  • Press the power button to turn off the printer.

Unplug the Printer:

  • Disconnect the printer from the power source and any connected cables (such as USB or network cables).

Wait for 60 Seconds:

  • Leave the printer unplugged for at least 60 seconds to allow it to reset.

Reconnect the Printer:

  • Plug the printer back into the power source.

Turn On the Printer:

  • Press the power button to turn the printer back on and check if the error persists.

2. Check for Firmware Updates

Visit HP Support:

  • Go to the HP Support website and search for firmware updates for your HP OfficeJet 202 printer.

Download and Install Updates:

  • If there is a firmware update available, follow the instructions to download and install it on your printer.

3. Clean the Printer

Clean Printhead and Cartridges:

  • Open the printer and remove the ink cartridges.
  • Clean the printhead and cartridge contacts with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.

Reinstall Cartridges:

  • Reinstall the ink cartridges and close the printer.

4. Reset the Printer to Factory Defaults

Access Printer Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to Setup or Settings.

Find Factory Reset:

  • Look for an option such as Restore Factory Defaults or Reset All Settings.

Confirm Reset:

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the printer to its factory default settings.

5. Check Power Supply

Use Original Power Adapter:

  • Ensure you are using the original power adapter and cable that came with the printer.

Test Power Outlet:

  • Plug the printer into a different power outlet to rule out any issues with the outlet itself.

If the error persists after trying the above steps, contact phone support for service options.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
