I started getting an error with the Black ink cartridge after I received the last cartridge and put in the printer. I contacted support several times and the issue was not resolved. Over the last few months I have tried to get this resolved however they want me to pay for the past months that I did not use the service and then they would refund the amount. I find this obnoxious and unnecessary since it is only a couple of entries that need to be made to override the amounts. I have had to go to the local printers and even with my rewards I have spent over $100 each month for my business.  This is why I was using Instant Ink due to being more cost effective. Not happy with the company and overall resolution of the issue. Sad that I have been with Instant Ink for over a year and now having issues with no support resolution.
