Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased HP printer ink as usual and replaced all cartridges.  Printer has not printed a thing since. 

Error message:  0x61011bed 

I tried so many things:  Removed new cartridges, cleaned the copper plate on the new cartridges ensuring no ink was anywhere it shouldn't be.  Uninstalled printer. Reinstalled printer. Checked for all updates including drivers.  Unplugged cord from unit, unplugged cord from wall, waited, plugged everything back in. Can't seem to find this firmware link suggested.  Need assistance.  Went to purchased a new HP printer and obviously the prices have doubled what they were in October.  My friend  bought one for $300 and when I went to buy it the other day, it is now $600.00.  Price gauging due to so many working form home.  I won't pay it.

You may refer to HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware to know to update the firmware.

 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
