Hello, i am assuming it is a larger a3 copier such as a e778/e774/e876 series machine? If so the error code is in relation to the Yellow Developer Assembly malfunction. In most cases the end of the tube that supplies the developer assembly gets out of place causing error code. Follow these steps to check the developer hose attachment.

  • Turn the printer off, and then on.

  • Open the front cover.

  • Remove the toner collection unit.

  • Fold down the toner supply shutter and check If the toner supply pipe is blocked. It the pipe is clog or blocked, open it.

    Important:

Ensure that the toner supply shutter is back in the up position before continuing.

  • Install the toner collection unit. Close the front cover.

  • Also check the toner supply shutter for anything out of place.

Thanks.

Hope this helps, thanks.
