Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP officejetpro 8615 has a printer failure.   I ran through all the steps of connecting/disconnecting, removing and reinserting cartridges, rebooting, etc., all to no avail.    The printer has not been dropped, bumped, damaged, or abused.  i thought i might speak with a HP agent, but evidently this is not available to me as the printer is no longer under warranty.  is it possible that it is in failure because the colored ink is low?

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Low ink levels do not trigger this error.

 

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue. 

 

Also, perform step 2 from this document. 

 

If the issue persists, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
