@SRE2017, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're encountering a "Unable to print, rendering failed" error on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer with Windows 11. Let's walk through the steps to resolve this issue.

Check Printer Connection

Ensure your printer is properly connected:

  • USB: Try a different USB port or cable.
  • Wireless: Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
  • Ethernet: Ensure the cable is securely connected and the network is active.

Restart Devices

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug it from power.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Update Printer Firmware

Outdated firmware can cause rendering issues.

  • Visit the HP Support page and enter OfficeJet Pro 9135e.
  • Download and install the latest firmware update for your printer.

Reinstall the Printer Driver

Corrupted drivers can cause rendering errors.

  1. Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  2. Select your printer > Remove device.
  3. Download and install the latest HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store.
  4. Use HP Smart to re-add your printer and install the correct drivers.

Check Windows Print Spooler

  1. Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Scroll to Print Spooler, right-click > Restart.
  3. Try printing again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
