@SRE2017, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're encountering a "Unable to print, rendering failed" error on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer with Windows 11. Let's walk through the steps to resolve this issue.
Check Printer Connection
Ensure your printer is properly connected:
- USB: Try a different USB port or cable.
- Wireless: Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
- Ethernet: Ensure the cable is securely connected and the network is active.
Restart Devices
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from power.
- Restart your computer.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Update Printer Firmware
Outdated firmware can cause rendering issues.
- Visit the HP Support page and enter OfficeJet Pro 9135e.
- Download and install the latest firmware update for your printer.
Reinstall the Printer Driver
Corrupted drivers can cause rendering errors.
- Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select your printer > Remove device.
- Download and install the latest HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store.
- Use HP Smart to re-add your printer and install the correct drivers.
Check Windows Print Spooler
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Scroll to Print Spooler, right-click > Restart.
- Try printing again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
