My printer is an HP Officejet Pro 8620
First i got the message that my Magenta Ink was out, so bought a new cartridge and now getting a Printer Failur message, with no detail to back it up.
Have already done the Power off / On routine.
Have already removed and inspected each cartridge but they look fine.
Feeling like HP is obsoleting me into a new printer when there is physically nothing wrong with this one except it's age.
"Planned Obsolescence" i believe is the term used in the industry.
