Hi! My HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e is showing a 'Printer Failure' message.

 

I've tried restarting the printer (unplugging it, waiting 60 seconds, plugging it back in), changing out the ink cartridges, and calling HP Support, but we were unable to solve the problem. I also tried to update the printer's firmware using the HP Smart app, but I get an error message when I try to do that as well (Settings > Advanced Settings, error pops up). 

 

The error message comes up a few seconds after the printer finishes booting up. There isn't a jam.
