I installed a new ink cartridge and then my printer stopped working and showed on the screen "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP." I've tried resetting my printer and reinstalling the ink cartridges but still does not work. My printer is the OfficeJet 6600.
