Screen Message: Printer Error: There is a problem with the printer or ink system...
I have done the following:
Replaced all cartridges with genuine HP ink
Removed drivers and reinstalled through HP Easy Set Up
I have literally done all of the above five times as some instructions say it sometimes takes up to four times. Nothing...same message error. What I'm trying to determine is whether I need a new printhead. I'm fine if I do, but I don't want to buy a new printhead and receive the same error.
