Hello All, I have HP Officejet Pro 8620 working great for many years until a few weeks ago, I turned it on and saw this message in the display screen. " printer failure" There is a problem with the printer or ink system. turn the printer off, then on. if the problem persists, contact HP. I've been turning off the printer for over a week and nothing changed. unplug turn off you name it. even checked the ink cartridge.

any help is appreciated!!
