Microsoft Windows 11

Our printer has the message:

Printer Failure

There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.

I tried unplugging it, re-plugging it in.  Tried shutting down & restarting. Tried a new outlet. Tried Cleaning the ink tray, back side, & front tray.   Nothing is working & I cannot even fully diagnose it because there is no error code.

It is an Officejet Pro 8600. Can anyone shed some ideas, recommendations, or suggestions on what else to try?
