I purchased some ink through a third party that said it was compatible with the printer. When I put the cartridges in the printer would not work. I replaced them with HP ink cartridges and have received a Printer Failure message "there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP." I have followed all the troubleshooting recommendations provided by the virtual assistant. What should I do next?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
